Wat Chomtong Monastery
Located at 2 sites in Thailand, and one location in Germany: these monasteries offer traditional Vipassana "Insight" meditation on a donation basis for usually 3 -26 days in French, English, or Thai (of course).
During the program, you stay at the monastery including all meals, teachings by Vipassana masters, and daily check-ins with a leading monk teacher.
I have visited the monastery in Germany and the kindness is almost unimaginable, one of the best, most life-changing experiences; that I would recommend that anyone tries regardless of age, physical or mental disabilities.
